Shanghai Deyi Property Management Co., Ltd. (Derhead) is a professional property-management firm specializing in strategic service delivery, holding the PRC’s top‐tier (Class I) property-management qualification. Founded in October 2008, Derhead serves a diverse portfolio including government office buildings, public venues, Class-A commercial towers, street- and community-level complexes, and residential developments.
Over the years, Derhead has earned numerous honors, among them the Shanghai May 1st Labor Award, recognition as one of Shanghai’s “Four Leading Private Enterprises” in property-industry Party building (for exceptional political leadership, developmental drive, reform-innovation, and cohesion-support), inclusion in Shanghai’s Top 100 Comprehensive Property-Service Enterprises, and designation as a “Civilized Unit of Shanghai.” We have also been named a Five-Star Comprehensive-Capability Property-Service Enterprise, an Outstanding Corporate-Culture Construction Unit, and a Harmony-in-Labor-Relations Model Enterprise in Shanghai. Our grassroots Party organization is lauded as an Advanced Unit in Shanghai’s property-management sector, and our historic-building management team has won an Advanced Unit award. For eleven consecutive years we have held Shanghai’s “Peaceful-Safe Demonstration Unit” title, and our project teams have captured the City’s Housing-Management Practical Achievements Competition “Excellent Team” award. Other accolades include the property-industry “Best Guardian Award,” the Trade Union’s “Non-Public Enterprise Model (Standards) Case” award, the “Charitable Care Award,” and recognition as a “Star of Elderly-and-Student Assistance” in philanthropy.
